For most this means getting the best possible price and we all know leasehold flats achieve a higher price when they have a longer lease. We work with you to sell your flat with an extended lease, but without you needing the funds to pay the lease extension premium.
We start by examining your options. For example; do you have the legal right to a lease extension, can we get a lease extension by negotiation, do you already know how much a new lease will cost but just don't have the funds to pay for it...
This then fits into our playbook of how to approach the marketing to sell your flat at the long-lease full value price to a mortgage buyer.
By opening your property up to this much bigger market we not only increase the price, but are more likely to find a buyer quicker - a better result all round!

As the son of lifetime property renovators, our founder Josh has been immersed in the housing market from a young age, so a move into estate agency came naturally when leaving University.
Over the last 12 years he's seen it all - and tackling tricky sales with creative solutions meant he consistently achieved the best results for his clients while progressing in his career. Winning a reputation not only as a top performing estate agent, but also as a problem solver, propelled Josh to managing the sales team for a national estate agency brand.
Now he's putting that breadth of experience to good use and running this mission-lead agency to open doors for sellers who have typically been underserved by the existing options.
Josh holds the NFoPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) Level 3 Property Qualification and has a wealth of technical knowledge backing up his professional experience.
